A Universal Energy Healing session with Jenni is a comprehensive way to help restore balance within your body, mind, and spirit. The client will receive energy healing with Reiki, Energy Movement, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, The Emotion Code® (releasing trapped emotions), and Crystal Healing. Each session is unique and is fully customized to the client's individual needs.

Sound Healing is delivered via tuning forks, gentle music, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. Aromatherapy, Energy Movement, The Emotion Code™, and Crystal Healing is also provided throughout the session as an extra, all-inclusive healing experience. Clients have explained a Universal Healing Session with Jenni as feeling like a warm and soothing presence is flowing through your veins, hugging you gently. Like a hug for your soul!

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

In-Person

Clients lay on a massage table, fully-clothed, and are covered with a warm blanket to comfort. Jenni usually places her hands about 1"-3" above the body during the session. Clients may feel a unique, meditation-like experience, a vibrational charge, a floating sensation, warmth, tingling, images, intuitive messages, sounds, or colors. Many clients fall asleep because of the deep relaxation but everyone experiences a healing session differently, which is perfect.

Distance or Remote

When an in-person, hands-on healing session isn't possible, Distance healing works just as well. Reiki energy can travel through time and space, there is no limit to where the the healing energy can go. Just like an in-person session, the client will receive Universal Energy Healing with Reiki, Energy Movement, Sound Healing, The Emotion Code™ (releasing trapped emotions), and Crystal Healing.

During a distance session, a brief phone conversation will take place and then the client will get comfortable in their own space. Some clients may not be able to sit or rest, (i.e. they may be at work, traveling, or just at home with the kids) which is perfectly fine. The healing will still happen and be just as powerful.  During a distance session, clients may feel a unique, meditation-like experience, a vibrational charge, a floating sensation, warmth, tingling, images, intuitive messages, sounds, or colors. Many clients fall asleep because of the deep relaxation but everyone experiences a healing session differently, which is perfect.

A distance Reiki session is allotted the same amount of time and energy as an in-person session. Instead of the face-to-face consultation before & after the session, a distance session is held via phone or video. A distance session is recommended  before a stressful meeting, while traveling, when you're feeling very ill or have the Flu, when you need a quick Reiki energy "lift", or can't wait for an in-person session.

WHAT IS REIKI?

​

The word "Reiki" means "mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign." It comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing that helps restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit. This means that when you are feeling anxious, stressed out, and ‘on edge’, Reiki provides a sense of calm, meditative, relaxing experience. If you are feeling depressed or down in the ‘dumps’, it gives you a boost of energy and inspiration.

Reiki healing includes energy frequencies that are often associated with physical healing. Contentment, relaxation, decreased feelings of stress, fear & anxiety as well as a reduction (and in some cases elimination) of physical illnesses & persistent conditions are common observations from clients after a Reiki session, although not guaranteed.

HOW EMOTIONS CAUSE IMBALANCE
​

Part of the client's Universal Energy healing session includes The Emotion Code™, or releasing of trapped emotions. “Trapped Emotions” are emotional energies which exist as a result of emotional events that have not been fully processed and released from the body or mind. When emotional energy like this becomes trapped, we may experience physical discomfort, uneasiness, drastic emotional changes, sadness, disease, illness, depression, anxiety, or chakra imbalance. Because each of the seven chakras correlates with an organ in the body, when an emotion becomes trapped in a body organ, it could interfere with the flow of energy through the chakra. Thankfully, through energy healing methods like muscle testing and chakra balancing, these emotions can be identified, processed, and extinguished from the body, restoring a healthy, balanced chakra system. At each session, Jenni identifies which trapped emotions are presenting as a priority to be released and gently helps the body process them out energetically. Each session may release years, even decades worth of emotions- like petals of a rose.
